Our experience with Marilyn Tschudi was excellent. Our family had specific needs on what we were looking for in a home and she listened carefully and always provided possibilities of how those needs could be met. It was not unusual for her to find a potential home, view it on her own, and send us videos of the house. We lived 2+ hours away so she really did the leg work and kept us informed. She was quick to respond to texts and phone calls from us.
When we came to Raleigh to see the houses, she had organized the viewings in a timely manner and had listing sheets for us as we arrived at each home. If we had a question while in a house, she would contact the listing agent immediately and get the answer.
